Rain or other weather conditions during the tournament shall not delay play unless the Referee determines the field to be unsafe for play. In the event of canceling the tournament due to rain or natural causes all teams will receive a refund less a 25% administrative fee.
The tournament is still on. Unfortunately, the city has closed Tidelands Park due weather and ground conditions. All Tidelands games will be moved, so please check the schedule this evening. We have tried to keep as many games as close to full length as possible, but are changing the format of some games in some flights to 30 minute mini games. We are also trying to keep games as close to the original scheduled time as possible. Teams affected will be issued a partial refund. Refund amount will depend on the amount of games affected. Finals will be full length games. We apologize for any coaching conflicts this may cause.

About
The Coronado Holiday Cup is hosted by the Coronado Youth Soccer League (CYSL) and is a Class 1 and 3 tournament. It is open to USYSA and FIFA affiliated teams and AYSO. All games are played within the beautiful City of Coronado, surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and San Diego Bay.

All fields are within sight of the water. Don’t forget to bring your bathing suit, fins, and boards. You can picnic and swim at most game sites! Coronado is located across the San Diego Bay from the City of San Diego and 15 minutes from the Mexican border, the famous San Diego Zoo and Sea World.
